I typically eat within 1-2 hours of getting up most days because I'm usually hungry after I wake up. Most of my meals are spaced between 3-4 hours of each other if not more due to my work schedule being so chaotic, it’s hard to have a consistent time when to eat. I don’t snack or eat frequently throughout the day just because my mind is usually occupied working and I don’t think of it until I’m not busy anymore. I eat at my house or in my car depending on where I am and how hungry I am most days. Every now and then I eat with my family if I'm with them during dinner time but I usually eat by myself or with my boyfriend every so often. I try not to eat when I’m bored but due to how busy I am, being bored isn’t part of the picture right now and I just eat when I can, to be healthy and to keep my energy up. I also try not to eat when I’m full.
